It all started when…

Tapas committed to crafting menus with local and organic ingredients. Being local in the Rocky Mountains may sound impossible, but by local we refer to the abundance of suppliers that we have at our doorstep throughout the province of Alberta and from neighboring provinces. The integrity of our food inputs is important to us and we think that our guests appreciate that we are crafting menus with the healthiest and tastiest ingredients possible.

GALIMAX TRADING
Galimax is a farm marketing distributor.  Products we source through Galimax include:
Goat cheese - Fairwinds Dairy, Fort McLeod, Alberta
Corn, squash, shallots - Molnar Farms - Barnwell, Alberta
Cauliflower, broccolini, onions, squash, kholrabi, rhubarb, peppers, eggplant, some tomatoes - Sudo Farms - Diamond City, Alberta

Heirloom tomatoes

CANMORE FARMERS MARKET
Organic Box - apples, pears, plums, heirloom tomaotes

Seafood features/ turbot, mackerel etc
Fish is landed in Iceland on Tuesday/Wednesday, we receive it Friday.  Catch method and boat fully traceable.
