Tapas is pleased to be participating in the 2nd annual Food, Wine and Beer Festival. 

Tapas will be offering a choice Three Course menu throughout the festival from April 7 to April 19th. 

1st
Poached jumbo prawns
 lemon-horseradish dipping sauce
or
Eggplant Mousse
Roasted eggplant purée with sesame seeds, cumin, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, olive oil + lemon zest. Served with bread.

2nd  
Mussel Cabrales 

creamy blue cheese + sweet chilli sauce
or
Tapas Ribs
Slow cooked pork ribs with tapas sweet bbq sauce
